Amount: it is 200 per cent of the scale that corresponds to the classification group assigned to the Corp that the civil servant belongs to on leaving active service.
Economic effects: first day of the month following the date of the retirement unless the personnel are already retired, in which case it will take effect as of the first day of the month following the date of the act of terrorism that gave rise to the disability.
These are pensions that apply to civil servants or retired personnel who die as a result of acts of terrorism, and to those who had received an extraordinary pension for permanent incapacity/disability for service as a result of acts of terrorism, whatever their cause of death.
The requirements and conditions to be a beneficiary of these pensions are the same as those established for the ordinary Passive Class pensions, with the particularity that
children entitled to a pension are
under 23 years, and those who are disabled for any work since before they reached this age or the date of the death of the causing subject. If
orphans older than 23 years of age become incapacitated for all types of work before they
turn 25 years old, they are entitled to the orphan pension permanently
