In the Passive Classes Portal we offer you detailed and up-to-date information on the different types of benefits we manage:

  • Pensions of the State Passive Class Scheme
  • Pensions under special legislation arising from the civil war
  • Aid for victims of violent crime and against sexual freedom
  • Advances from the Food Guarantee Fund

Here you can obtain the forms to apply for such benefits; know the regulations governing them, as well as the administrative procedure followed for their recognition or calculate the amount of your future pension, if you are an official close to retirement or retirement.

News

  • The Passive Classes Office, locatedAvenue is located at Madrid, 15 It will be attended exclusively by appointment, which can be requested by accessing the "Services" section of this portal.
  • To make any inquiry , the information telephone 900503055 is available from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and the Inquiry Box appearing in the "Services" section of this Portal.
  • Under the heading of Passive Classes in the Social Security Electronic Office (https://sede.seg-social.gob.es), citizens may, on their own behalf or through their representatives, manage certain procedures relating to pensions and Passive Class benefits electronically. To carry out these procedures, an electronic certificate, electronic ID or Cl@ve.

  • Law 31/2022, of 23rd December, on General State Budgets for 2023. Article 59.3:

    Modification of Article 20 of Law 35/2006, in relation to the reduction applicable to labour returns (as far as the calculation of the retention base is concerned) and a paragraph 3 is introduced in the D.A. 47th of the aforementioned law to establish that these regulatory changes will be applied to the calculation of the retention rate in relation to the returns of work that are satisfied from 1 February 2023, regularizing if appropriate the type of retention applied in the month of January.
