INTERNATIONAL AGREEMENTS ON SOCIAL SECURITY APPLICABLE TO PASSIVE CLASSES
In application of the bilateral social security agreements between Spain and Japan and between
Spain and Senegal, insurance periods completed in accordance with the legislation of these countries will be taken into account to be applicable for the right and the determination of pensions under the Civil Service Pension Scheme included in their scope of application. For this purpose, the taking into account of such periods shall be expressly requested by submitting the relevant application.
